This project seeks to combine three parcels at the corner of Hamilton Ave and Webster Street to create a mixed-use building providing 19 residential dwelling units and up to 7,450 SF of office space, roof deck and shared open space. To achieve the proposed project, three parcels are merged, dissolving the internal lot line creating a single parcel. The project consists of a single building structure that conforms to the underlying CD-C(P) and RM-40 zoning regulations. Parking for 55 cars is provided in a below grade parking level.
