The Arlington | Oakland, CA

The Arlington (Old Oakland) project consists of ten late 19th century buildings on two city blocks in the heart of downtown Oakland. BDE served as the project architect for 15 years. Architectural services included office and retail tenant improvements, historic facade restoration and replacement, seismic upgrades and ADA compliance. The Old Oakland project is considered by many as the best example of Victorian Commercial Architecture on the West Coast.
