Lume is located just off the 101 freeway in Menlo Park and is adjacent to another BDE project underway, Menlo Portal. Comprising two 7-story buildings, the project houses 441 dwelling units. Ground-floor residential mixed-use amenity spaces, courtyard pool with lounge area, rooftop terrace, Wi-Fi-enabled cafes, and bike parking spaces are some of the features residents will enjoy. The ground floor will also include 2,940 SF of neighborhood space in one of the buildings. Additionally, a tree-lined paseo running through the middle of the site will offer residents a dog park and an open space to gather, relax and exercise. Designed by Heller Manus with BDE as the architect of record.
