Lakeside Apartments is the residential portion of a unique mixed-use hotel and residential development located in northeast Sunnyvale, California previously occupied by a 378-key low rise hotel.

Located near one of Sunnyvale’s key vehicular gateways, this unique mixed-use hotel and residential development is in close proximity to many of the City and regional amenities and visitor attractions. It will satisfy several city goals, including creating a landmark project for the site, maintaining a successful hotel that is an important part of Sunnyvale’s economy and business environment, increasing the City’s supply of housing stock and improving the jobs/housing ratio.

The creatively designed landscape and hardscape will feature pastoral areas and social areas. A pedestrian path along the lake provides full access to the public.
