Located within Downtown Oakland’s main job center and transit hub, W11 strengthens the linkage between the Chinatown neighborhood & Downtown Oakland. The full-block midrise project enhances the neighborhood by meeting demand for new higher density housing near transit and services, as well as extending the vibrancy of Chinatown’s commercial district with the inclusion of double-height ground floor retail spaces along the majority of the project’s frontages.
