This project is composed of five stories of Type IIIA residential occupancy over three level of Type IA mixed occupancy parking and residential. Amenities include a bark & skydeck, lounge, fintess center with yoga studio, courtyard with spa and outdoor kitchen, dog run, and private coworking offices. The parking garage will utilize mechanical parking stackers to maximize space efficiency. Designed with a modern, minimal aesthetic, the floor-to-ceiling faceted storefront at the top seven levels on the at the corner of the building will feature detailing reminiscent of stained glass which pulls the eye towards the building's anchor corner at Josefa and West San Carlos Streets.
