Designed by BDE Architecture, the Julian is a six-story multifamily project comprised of four levels of apartments over two levels of parking and commercial space, housing 408 units in total. This San Jose downtown core project is designed to serve the growing population of young professionals  and is part of the North San Pedro Master Plan.  

  The Julian’s design inspiration is ‘Modern Mission’; modern and clean design grounded with a nod to the historic Mission style. Inside, the Artisan-inspired art and decor give the amenity spaces a unique  character. The project’s amenity package includes a swimming pool and spa deck, meeting rooms and coworking spaces, a club room with kitchen/dining room, a fitness center, and bike storage with a  bike repair station.  Residents can also enjoy the beautifuloutdoor spaces such as a landscaped courtyard, a dog park and a roof deck with fire pit, bar and lounge seating. 

Ideally situated both for  pedestrians and the commuters, the Julian is within walking distance of the San Pedro Square Market, the SAP center, San Jose State University and many other downtown attractions. Also within close proximity  are the 87, I-280 and 101 freeways, providing  easy access to the South Bay and Peninsula regions.
