The brick and stucco clad building has flats with stoops along the street frontage and townhouse units accessed from a podium-level interior courtyard. To accommodate the required parking spaces, a parking stacking system is being utilized in the garage. This allows more units to be built on the small site, while providing the required number of parking stalls.

BDE served as Architect of Record for this project, in collaboration with Seidel Holzman acting as the Design Architect.
