Located on a 6.2 acre site, the Artist Walk was designed to reflect the blossoming artisan community in Centerville.

The project is strategically placed in close proximity to the Fremont ACE train station, and includes five buildings of market rate residential rental units and commercial space.

Three of the buildings are along Fremont Boulevard in the Centerville Shopping District, which features popular retail shopping and restaurants. Additional amenities include a pool, a club room, a pet spa, outdoor barbecue areas, and an art center for public use.
