Alice House, located on the corner of 14th and Alice Streets in Oakland, is a vibrant, mixed-use building consisting of 4 stories of residential over 1 story of  retail, lobby/leasing, and a garage with ample bicycle parking and bike repair station. Other amenities include a community room/lounge and courtyard with an indoor/outdoor fireplace, a fitness center, and a roof deck. 

 Situated in the heart of Oakland, the project offers excellent walkability to Lake Merritt, Downtown, Chinatown, BART, and transit options. Drawing inspiration from the historical Art Deco architecture in the neighborhood, the design uses modern materials to evoke this unique style found in abundance throughout Oakland.
