The design of the proposed project includes two distinct structures with differing scale and architectural treatments. The intent of this approach is to break down the massing of an otherwise larger development and match the existing residential fabric.

The proposed Townhouses at 5th Ave and Broadway utilize the existing grade to partially bury the first level/garage. This arrangement helps reduce the overall height of the development. A varied roof line, central courtyard, craftsman details, and covered decks are used to balance the scale of the townhouses with adjacent single-family residences.
